RETURNS POLICY

At Officine Creative, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to doing our best to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.


As a Customer you have the right to return or exchange any product ordered considering the following.

For a refund or an exchange, all items should be returned in unmarked and unused condition with the original packaging within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns based on the condition of the product.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS


To return or exchange a product through our online store, we kindly ask you to complete this Return Form on our website officinecreative.us,

The Officine Creative team will review the Return Form and email the customer providing a USPS return label.


Returns are complimentary at our Officine Creative New York City Store.


RETURN COSTS:

Return costs will be deducted directly from the refund amount.

- U.S.A.: USD $15,00


- Other Countries in the Americas (excluding U.S.A) local shipping fees apply.

In case of import duties, customs and local sales taxes, we are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment. The customer may contact their local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Please note that any custom or import duties and taxes, imposed on returned products to the U.S.A., will be paid by the Customer.


For exchanges, returns are free of charge.

REFUND PROCESSING

Please note we will refund you in 5 business days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s). Any refunds will be made to the method of payment provided. Officine Creative has the right to withhold any amount for products which are found damaged when returned.

We will only accept returns or replacement or refund requests solely for Products that were purchased from the Website officinecreative.us.
