For a full refund, all items should be returned in unmarked and unused condition with the original packaging within 14 days from delivery.



Officine Creative team will examine the case and email the consumer providing with a Returns Authorisation , that the consumer shall write down inside or outside the parcel, and the Air Waybill (AWB) that the consumer has to print out and attach to the outside of the parcel. There will also be a copy to give to the courier. The consumer can also save a copy of the AWB that can use to track the return shipment. Officine Creative reserves the right to ask for photo proof before authorizing the return of one or more faulty products. However, you may elect to choose to use any courier service at your expense.



Any custom or import duties and taxes, imposed on returned products to the U.S.A., will be paid by the Customer.

In case of import duties, customs and local sales taxes, we are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment. You could contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days from delivery. We do our best in order to satisfy your needs and to make the return procedure quick and precise.



As a Customer you have the right to return the Product(s) you ordered, with no penalty and no requirement to specify a reason.

To return a product through online store or NY Store:  The item(s) should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging within 14 days from delivery.

Returns are complimentary at Officine Creative New York City Store, and must be accompanied by an original packing list. A government–issued ID is required for returns without an original packing list. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns without an original packing list.

In order to make a valid and effective return, please follow these conditions:

  1. Keep shoes and packaging in unaltered conditions

    Once you decide to return the Item(s) make sure that you keep the original packaging, that they are unmarked and unused and kept in good conditions while they remain in your possession. The Shoes must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and unworn (except when tried on). - Please note that shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in their package until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without the original box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to you. Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and the Shoes should be returned in or with its original packaging.

  1. Return products

    Ensure the Shoes are in a securely wrapped parcel.

We will contact you to schedule an appointment for the pickup by an Officine Creative trusted delivery service.

It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, making a shipment by registered mail or by any other means necessary to obtain precise proof of the sending date.


  1. Get Refunded

    Please note we will refund you in 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s) to the specified address. Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to Officine Creative right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged when returned.

    You will be refunded the amount you paid for the Product(s), we will refund you the cost of the Products not including your delivery charges for Shipping and eventual Import and Custom duties or Sales tax.

All returns are subject to Officine Creative’s verification that returned Products are still in original condition.

We will only accept returns or replacement or refund requests solely for Products that were purchased from the Website Please note that incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and therefore sent back.

If you return a defective Product to us we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 (THIRTY) calendar days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be fully refunded, including a refund of the original delivery charges for sending the (defective) item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
