It is important to us at Officine Creative that you are satisfied with your purchase and we are committed to do our best in order to facilitate returns and exchanges.

As a Customer you have the right to return any product ordered, with no penalty, considering the below. For a full refund, all items should be returned in unmarked and unused condition with the original packaging within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery.

Return Process

Returns are complimentary at our Officine Creative New York City Store, and must be unworn and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns based on the condition of the product.

Online Return Deliveries and Cost:

- U.S.A. Free Returns

To return a product through our online store, we kindly ask you to use the Return Form on our website officinecreative.us, or to contact us by e-mail at: ny@officinecreative.us

The Officine Creative team will review the Return Form and email the customer providing a rUSPS return label that the client shall place on the package and drop off at a USPS location or with a USPS courier.. Officine Creative reserves the right to ask for photo proof before authorizing the return of any product deemed as faulty. You may also choose to use any courier service at your expense.

- Return Shipping from Canada: USD $30,00

Any custom or import duties and taxes, imposed on shipped and returned products from Canada, will be paid by Officine Creative (Delivery Duty Paid).

- Other Countries in the Americas (excluding U.S.A and Canada) local shipping fees apply.

In case of import duties, customs and local sales taxes, we are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment. The customer may contact their local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Please note that any custom or import duties and taxes, imposed on returned products to the U.S.A., will be paid by the Customer.

Any eventual Returned Products will be re-delivered by Officine Creative at the same delivery cost to the Customer, as long as our return procedure is followed as indicated.

In order to make a valid and effective return, please follow these conditions:

- Keep shoes and packaging in unaltered conditions. Once you decide to return the Item(s) make sure that you keep the original packaging, that they are unmarked and unused. - The product must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and unworn. - Please note that shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in their package until you are certain you are keeping them. - Shoes that are returned without the original box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to you. - Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and the Shoes should be returned in or with its original packaging.

Refund Processing

Please note we will refund you in 30 (thirty) business days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s). Any refunds will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to Officine Creative’s right to withhold any amount for products which are found damaged when returned.

We will only accept returns or replacement or refund requests solely for Products that were purchased from the Website officinecreative.us. Please note that incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and therefore sent back.

Defective Product

If you are unhappy with your purchase and feel that it may be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us through our contact form or by email at ny@officinecreative.us

Please provide as much information as possible concerning the product and the order, including any relevant and detailed pictures.

Officine Creative will review and provide next steps. Products returned because of a defect will be fully refunded, including a refund of the original delivery charges for sending the (defective) item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. In case of a defective item, any custom or import duties imposed on returned defective products will be paid by Officine Creative.
